§ 2 Purpose of the Association
The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the "tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code.

§ 4 Membership
The association consists of full and supporting members.

The annual membership ends
• with the death of the member

§ 6 Board and General Assembly

The General Assembly
