Our schools
Education is the only way out of the vicious cycle of poverty for children in Kenya.
In Kenya, we work with more than 5 kindergartens, 15 primary schools, 14 secondary schools, 6 vocational schools and 4 universities.
Karindundu Primary School
The school, founded in 1946 in the village of Karindundu, belongs to the small town of Karatina. Many of our sponsored children attend this school.
Kilimambogo Primary School
Kilimambogo Primary School is located in Kilimambogo Village near Thika. Founded in 1977, it is a public primary school and a day school. There are 564 students: 311 boys and 253 girls. Many of our sponsored children attend this school.
Kangundo DEB Primary School
The Kangundo DEB Primary School is located in the Machakos district (Kangundo constituency). Founded in 1924, it has provided its students with a high-quality education ever since. It is a co-educational day and boarding primary school, and most of our children attend with the support of sponsors. The school has approximately 600 students, including about 200 blind children.
